Is Profhilo a hyaluronic acid filler?

The Profhilo treatment procedure
The Profhilo treatment procedure is uncomplicated, effective and takes very little time.
At the beginning of your treatment, you will have a detailed consultation during which your individual medical history as well as your personal wishes and ideas will be discussed in detail.
This is the prerequisite for understanding your specific needs and creating a customized treatment plan.
The actual treatment begins with cleaning and disinfecting the skin to ensure that it is free of dirt and bacteria. The Profhilo gel is then injected at specific points in the area to be treated, typically on the face or neck. The injection technique can vary depending on the goals of the treatment and the individual needs of the patient.
During the injection, most patients feel minimal discomfort as Profhilo has a special formulation that reduces pain and discomfort. The entire treatment usually takes no longer than 30 minutes, depending on the extent and complexity of the treatment area.
After treatment, you can immediately return to your daily activities without any downtime. It is recommended to avoid excessive sun exposure and strenuous physical activity in the following hours after treatment to achieve optimal results.

Who is the Profhilo treatment not suitable for?
Although Profhilo is a safe and effective treatment method, there are certain cases where it may not be recommended.
People who are allergic to hyaluronic acid or other components of Profhilo should avoid the treatment.
Similarly, people with active skin infections or inflammation in the area to be treated should postpone treatment until the skin has completely cleared.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also refrain from Profhilo treatment, as the effects on the unborn child or breastfed baby have not been sufficiently investigated.
If you suffer from severe internal diseases or autoimmune diseases, or are currently undergoing chemotherapy or immunotherapy, Profhilo treatment is not recommended for you.
